How To Cancel Your Ameriplan® Membership

Ameriplan® requires a 30 day WRITTEN advanced request to cancel your membership. This prevents strangers from calling our customer service department and cancelling your membership without your knowledge.

You may cancel your membership in one of THREE ways:

Send an email with your name, phone number, member ID number and address to stop@stopmembership.com
Mail a request to cancel with your personal information to:

FAX your request to cancel to (469) 229-4595

Since there IS a 30 day advanced requirement, you will be charged one more time in the following month.
